Have you ever thought: becoming a nature guide is something for me? IVN Apeldoorn offers nature guide training for people who find it interesting to experience nature and to make others enthusiastic about it.
Would you like to become an IVN Nature Guide at IVN-Apeldoorn?
The Nature Guide Training (NGO) working group starts twice a year with a new group of students. Are you also interested in becoming a nature guide? Then register via the website.
NGO-1 is a flexible course. You deepen your knowledge of nature and the Veluwe by participating in a number of mandatory courses for which you register separately. In addition, there are 4 group meetings with your fellow students in the first year.
Depending on your own pace, you can complete NGO-1 in 1 to 3 years. The sequel is NGO-2 and after this second part you will receive the official IVN Nature Guide diploma. The aim of the course is to train people from nature lovers to true experts. In addition, the aim is for the new guides to become active in organizing educational activities within IVN Apeldoorn. We offer
Activities within IVN are carried out on a voluntary basis. You become a member of the association and pay a (low) contribution. You are (additionally) insured during the activities carried out by IVN. Expenses incurred will of course be reimbursed.
