Humanitas Nederrijn's PR and Communications portfolio includes all kinds of activities related to PR and communications.
Your duties as a PR portfolio holder are:
- Drafting and executing communication and PR plans
- Advises the board in the field of communication and PR
- Ensuring good PR material in the Humanitas house style
- Maintain contact with the media
- Shaping internal communication with members and volunteers
- Monitoring uniformity in (external) communication
- Representing the department and Humanitas in general, both internally and externally; networking
- Assistance with recruitment campaigns (volunteers, members, board members)
Your time investment:
- You are available for Humanitas on average 4 to 8 hours a week (during the day and/or in the evenings)
- Participate about 10 times a year in the board meeting of the department (in the evenings)
You have:
- a service institution
- organizational ability
- managerial experience
- knowledge and affinity with care and assistance in the region; know which requests for help there are (know the requester) and which organizations are active in the field of care and assistance
- knowledge and affinity in the field of PR and communication
- knowledge and affinity with the association
- good oral and written communication skills
