Then this is your job! We are looking for a volunteer coordinator Home Administration for the Western Mining Region.

This means volunteer Home Administration Coordinator

You have regular case meetings, register participants, conduct intake interviews and bring participants into contact with our most suitable volunteer. In addition, you recruit new volunteers, organize their training and conduct progress interviews about this, organize meetings with us and have more frequent consultations with fellow coordinators and board.

You are a team player, who puts our volunteers first and leads in a natural, coaching way and has an affinity with social work and social developments. In addition, you have basic knowledge of legislation in the field of social security and debt assistance.

You are an essential part of a pleasant, enthusiastic and expert Home Administration team, which responds quickly and adequately to new developments and comes up with useful ideas. In addition, you can count on an extensive training in voluntary coordination of four half-days, provided by the Humanitas Academy. Plus free access to other training courses with travel expenses. But above all, you have a function that really matters to society.
