At the weekend of 23 and 24 June, more than 25 HomeRun teams will pass through Vianen. HomeRun is the running tour of the Ronald McDonald Children's Fund where money is collected for the Ronald McDonald Houses and holiday homes.


Participants in the running tour, in relay form, no less than 240 kilometers in 24 hours to make as many overnight stays possible for families with a sick or care-intensive child in the Ronald McDonald Houses and holiday homes. The teams run in the shape of a heart through the Netherlands, because Home is where the heart is . On the route there are checkpoints where the participants can rest, eat and be massaged. To be able to walk again with renewed energy.


HomeRun could not exist without the commitment of committed, enthusiastic volunteers with the heart in the right place! The help of enthusiastic volunteers is desperately needed to make this event a success. Do you help me?

De HomeRide, de sponsorwielertocht van het Ronald McDonald Kinderfonds waarbij deelnemers in teamverband 500 kilometer in 24 uur fietsen en de HomeRun, de sponsorloop van het Ronald McDonald Kinderfonds waarbij deelnemers in teamverband 240 kilometer hardlopen in 24 uur. Dag en nacht, in weer en wind. Dat éne doel houdt hen op de been: geld in te zamelen voor de Ronald McDonald Huizen, zodat ouders dicht bij hun kind in het ziekenhuis kunnen zijn.. Want home is where the heart is…
