You maintain the land, harvest, process and ultimately serve the typical Dutch soft drink that is brewed from hard labor at a closing party.
Biodiversity is under severe pressure due to intensive monotonous agriculture. A green desert has rapidly emerged in recent decades. Many native varieties disappear from view, many flavors are lost. Pink Bunker wants to stimulate conventional agriculture to change course, and can use your help in this. For our Wild Ice Tea we sow fields, path edges and gardens full of a diverse range of herbs. Part for the iced tea, part for the bees. With this we create a new revenue model for the farmer, we protect our living environment and we take the consumer along in the beautiful flavors that our landscape can harbor. Everything comes together with the organization of a harvest festival. You toast to the abundance we create together!

- You work the land, harvest the herbs and sort them.
- You will learn what the production process of Roze Bunker looks like and contribute to a fully Dutch iced tea.
- You organize a harvest festival where your own soft drink will flow freely.

You join our movement to combat the desertification of the Dutch landscape and show how a diverse range of flavors and varieties can strengthen the entire chain.
Are you a motivated, hard worker, who, in addition to working in the fields, also has an affinity with the kitchen, and who wants to tackle the creative side of organizing a harvest festival? Then we are looking for you!
When?
From 1 to 31 July. The harvest festival will take place on Saturday 31 July. In any case physically and outdoors, within the then applicable measures, preferably as epic as possible! We assume 20 hours a week, to be filled in consultation in two days a week (Mon-Fri) of 6 hours on location, and 8 hours remotely or at a workplace offered by us.

At Pink Bunker at 18 Parallelweg West in Culemborg, and at farmers in the area
What do we offer?
The green traineeship gives you:
- A unique opportunity to gain experience in an inspired start-up that wants to change the soft drink industry
- An insight into the harvest, production and positioning of a pure Dutch ice tea
- Collaborate with a group of about 12 trainees
- Relevant training courses and workshops, for example about producing soft drinks from your own harvest
- Upgrade from a large network
- Plenty of room for your own ideas
- A travel allowance
Pink Bunker brews syrups from pure fruit and fresh herbs. These ingredients preferably come from the area, are rescued from the container or contribute to biodiversity. This year, the Pink Bunker has sown herbs at various locations. The period of this traineeship will be devoted to the maintenance of the fields, the harvest and the processing of the ingredients into syrup or semi-finished product. As the final part of the traineeship, a harvest festival will be organized on the Pink Bunker site, with which you present the Wild Ice Tea to involved farmers, (catering) entrepreneurs and enthusiastic local residents.
