Maintaining and accounting for financial administration.
Detailed description
In this capacity, you are responsible for financial accountability through an automated accounting system, send invoices to tenants and ensure annual financial closure and accountability of the money flows. Make sure to deposit cash, etc.
Time investment is on average 1-2 hours per week.
