In this role you are the pivot of the neighborhood building. You are responsible for opening and closing the building if the association concerned cannot do this itself. You are responsible for planning the rooms and use of the building. You can also be reached by telephone for this. You inform the users and facilitate where and when this is necessary. In all cases, the user is guided as much as possible on the user's own responsibility and independence. Where this is not possible, you step in. Replenishing sufficient stock. You keep a small administration of stock and appointments for room use.
Time investment depends on the stake but is estimated to be an average of 20/25 upw.
