Secretaris Fietsmaatjes Apeldoorn en Omstreken
Fietsmaatjes Apeldoorn en Omstreken zoekt een betrokken en gestructureerde secretaris die het bestuur ondersteunt en helpt onze groeiende vrijwilligersorganisatie verder te versterken.
Als secretaris zorg je voor overzicht, duidelijke communicatie en een zorgvuldige vastlegging van afspraken en besluiten. Je bereidt bestuursvergaderingen voor, maakt agenda’s en notulen, bewaakt actiepunten en houdt de administratieve organisatie op orde.
Daarnaast onderhoud je de bestuurlijke correspondentie en draag je bij aan een prettig, effectief samenspel binnen het bestuur.
We zoeken iemand die nauwkeurig werkt, goed kan communiceren en affiniteit heeft met vrijwilligerswerk en maatschappelijke betrokkenheid. Bestuurlijke ervaring is fijn, maar zeker geen vereiste; bereidheid om te leren is minstens zo belangrijk. Je bent ongeveer tien keer per jaar aanwezig bij bestuursvergaderingen en hebt tussendoor contact voor afstemming.
Je komt terecht in een enthousiast bestuur en een organisatie met grote maatschappelijke impact. Je krijgt ruimte voor eigen initiatief, persoonlijke ontwikkeling en de voldoening om samen iets te betekenen voor anderen.

“Bicycle Buddies” is a (national) initiative that enables anyone who is not (or no longer) able to cycle independently to set out on an (electrically assisted) side-by-side tandem with a bicycle buddy (bicycle volunteer). At the moment, side-by-side tandems are often only available for residents of institutions, but Fietsmetjes also makes them accessible to people who still live at home.
The wind in your hair. Cycling your favorite route from the past. Thanks to the pedal support, this can be done according to your own ability. On the way nice contact with your cycling buddy who is sitting next to you. We believe that Cycling Buddies in the Apeldoorn region should not be missing.
