Who are we?
De Klup is the place in Apeldoorn where it is all about having fun, relaxing, meeting and having fun for people with disabilities, such as an intellectual disability, a disorder in the autistic spectrum, non-congenital brain injury etc. De Klup has something for everyone; for young and old. It is a safe environment where participants can be themselves and feel taken seriously.
On Monday evening we want to start a 16+ group from 19:30 to 21:00. Especially in this age group there is a need to build new contacts and friendships.
Activities
The 16+ group is new and we will start with sufficient participants and volunteers. We want to connect with the wishes of the young people and develop a program together with them.
The work includes:
The preparation of the activities. Helping with the activity (e.g. creative, sports game, cooking/baking, film, darts, chilling, etc.) in collaboration with the other volunteers.

We ask
- availability on Monday evenings from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM
- be able to put together a program for one or more weeks, together with the young people
- being able to guide young people with a (mental) disability
