Detailed description

On Monday evening 25 October you can participate in a mindfulness webinar for free from 19:30 to 21:30. Martha Pastink teaches you how mindfulness allows you to reflect on feelings and thoughts.


Thoughts can unconsciously cause you a lot of unrest and stress. You learn to detach from your thoughts and realize that you are not your thoughts and that your thoughts are not always facts. This helps to stay healthy and balanced. Mindfulness is something that caregivers really do for themselves and that they can apply in daily life.


You can register until Thursday 21 October via a.dusink@dekap.nl .
