Volunteers from Gladly Done offer help to people at home, who cannot rely on family, acquaintances or neighbors for this help.
Activities
As a volunteer district coordinator you are the pivot in the voluntary assistance. You bring the requester and the volunteer into contact with each other and you supervise the voluntary commitment.
• You make a home visit to the person requesting help to get his/her question as clear as possible.
• You bring the requester and the volunteer into contact with each other.
• You maintain contact between the person requesting help and the volunteer.
• You identify problematic and undesirable situations and discuss whether action is required if necessary.
