Lieve oudere dame is druk bezig met facebook. Soms loopt ze alleen vast, het zou fijn zijn als iemand even meedenkt, na afloop staat de thee en een koek klaar!
Lieve dame, woonachtig in de wijk Voorstad heeft wat hulp nodig met haar laptop. Ze vindt het heerlijk om oude contacten op te zoeken of om filmpjes te bekijken op facebook. Soms lukt iets echter even niet, dit frustreert haar. Met een klein beetje hulp kan ze soms gelijk verder en is haar hele dag weer goed. Daarna nog een kopje thee drinken zou ze helemaal gezellig vinden!
Mw. waardeert ontzettend de komst van een vrijwilliger. Naast dat ze wat hulp nodig heeft met facebook voelt ze zich ook alleen. Heb jij tijd om deze dame wat blijer te maken?
