Dutch Coach

The unique concept of the CLUB Coaching trajectories makes it possible for us to focus on progress instead of results during the lessons and thereby give the student control over his or her learning process. As a result, you not only learn the Dutch language, but also how to learn Dutch.

As a coach, you guide a team of up to 6 people for two months, and you provide weekly support in reflecting on the learning process and providing feedback on assignments and progress. In addition, you help individual students if they encounter problems, and you explain grammar. Of course, all materials are already prepared for you.

In addition to guiding the students, you also follow a small learning path to learn certain skills: For example, coaching itself, but also how to lead an international, intercultural team and how to involve everyone in the process in the right way. You set your own learning goals and reflect on your own learning process together with a mentor and other coaches. After you have managed at least five groups, you will have built up a portfolio and you will receive a certificate from us about your leadership skills and intercultural communication skills.

For coaching it is important that you speak Dutch and English.
