We are currently hiring for a permanent position for Occupational Therapist!

CADS Enhancement Centre (CEC) or Pusat Pembangunan Potensi CADS is a non-profit organization registered with the Malaysian Registrar of Society.


Our goal is to provide CADS’s children with equal opportunity to develop and maximize their potential so that they will eventually grow into independent, productive members of society and are respected by the community.


We are currently looking to expand our team to ensure that every special need child is able to get the equal education and attention that they deserve.


Requirements for Occupational Therapists:

  • Diploma or Degree in any related field.
  • Able to communicate in both Bahasa Melayu and English.
  • Have a passion for working hands-on with special needs individuals.
  • Able to multitask.
  • No prior experiences are welcome to apply.
  • 2 years of experience is an added advantage.


Job description:

  • Conduct an initial assessment of new students. 
  • Assist with Individual education plans and intervention plans.
  • Conduct one-to-one and small-group therapy. 
  • Write progress reports for each student. 
  • Meet parents at least 3 times a year for an IEP review. 
  • Meet parents after 10 sessions of one-to-one therapy for student review and recommendations.


Work schedule

  • Weekends (Saturday)
  • Other preferred days of the week can be considered
  • 8.30 am to 5.00 pm
  • Can commit weekly (can be discussed)


The range of salary will be discussed through face-to-face or virtual call interviews.

CADS Enhancement Centre (CEC) or Pusat Pembangunan Potensi CADS is a non-profit organization registered with Malaysian Registrar of Society (Reg. No. 1659-03-5). Formed in 2003 by a group of parents, academicians and individuals with interests in special needs children development. CADS Enhancement Centre also provides the necessary counseling and support group for the family and care-givers of CADS children.

Our goals is to provide CADS’s children with equal opportunity to develop and maximize their potentials, so that they will eventually grow into independent, productive members of the society and are respected by the community.
