Hostess/host Blue Room Information Center

You receive visitors and provide them with information about the Blue Room nature reserve. You also sell information material about nature and what can be found there and wilderness meat. The center is also the starting point for excursions and (children's) activities are organized. The team consists of approximately 20 people. A total of 60 volunteers work in the Blue Room.

Your heart is your heart with nature and nature conservation. You enjoy transferring knowledge and information to the visitors of the area.

What do you have to offer the volunteer ?:

After a trial period of approximately 3 months, you will receive a contract with Utrecht Landscape (UL) and become a member for free. We organize an annual outing for all volunteers. UL provides work clothing and insurance (third-party liability and accidents). In addition, there are various updating meetings and / or courses and opportunities to meet the other volunteers.

What makes the work worthwhile ?:

The contact with the visitors, often enthusiastic people who come to ask about or tell what they have seen in the area.
