As a volunteer you are the resting point and the familiar face in the living room. Every morning the residents trickle into the living room from 8.30 am. Once at the table, you offer something to drink and you support the resident with breakfast where necessary.
The most important thing is that you know how to bring atmosphere, coziness and tranquility to the living room. You yourself estimate what is needed at the right time among the group of residents. And you can use the extensive experience of the other team members.
