Do you have green fingers and a warm heart? We are looking for an enthusiastic volunteer who enjoys gardening with elderly people with dementia in our community.
What are you going to do?
You help residents with simple gardening tasks such as sowing, planting, weeding and harvesting. Together you enjoy nature, being outside and the rhythm of the seasons. It is not about the perfect harvest, but about the pleasure of being busy together.
Who are you?
- You are patient, social and have an affinity with the elderly
- You enjoy working outside
- You don't have to be a gardening expert – enthusiasm is key
- You can become a familiar face to our residents
