AMSTERDAM LIGHT FESTIVAL IN BRIEF
The 11th edition of Amsterdam Light Festival will take place from Thursday, December 1, 2022 to Sunday, January 22, 2023. This year's theme is 'Imagine Beyond' where we challenge visitors to use their imagination and look beyond what they see.
During the dark winter months, Amsterdam Light Festival transforms the city into a canvas for light art. For the eleventh time in a row, we enlighten residents and visitors of Amsterdam with a route consisting of twenty works of art of (inter)national origin.
At the moment the preparations for the festival are in full swing and we are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our team for our information point. Volunteers are indispensable for the festival and the calling card to the public. Will you join our team and help make our capital shine again?
JOB DESCRIPTION INFO TEAM EMPLOYEE
You are the point of contact for visitors and therefore well informed about all parts of the festival! Below is a brief description of the tasks;
- Point of contact and information provision for visitors
- Help with the start of the digital walking route
- Booking sailing or walking tickets on request of the visitor
- Merchandise sales

- Willing to work evenings, weekends and/or holidays
WORKING HOURS
- Are you available for at least 4 days in the period from December 1, 2022 - January 22, 2023?
- A shift is from 15.30 to 21.30
- Working days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday + the entire Christmas holidays -December 24, 2022 to January 8, 2023-
