Summary
You stand up for people with dementia and their loved ones in Apeldoorn. You make contacts, participate in consultations and give solicited and unsolicited advice.
Detailed description
As a representative of Apeldoorn you are part of a small team. Within this team we divide the work among ourselves and keep each other informed of new developments.
Are you someone who:
· Has a warm heart for people with dementia and their loved ones;
· Can work without self-interest and with an open mind;
· Has or wants to build a relevant network in Apeldoorn;
· Initiative and result-oriented;
· Likes and works well together;
· Is flexible and available on average 2 to 4 hours a week?
