You are the hub of the Alzheimer Café. You coordinate the preparation and implementation of the meetings and you work together with the other members of the café working group
Do you like arranging, organizing and getting to work practically with concrete end results? Then this position is for you!
The Alzheimer Café is being started in Gooise Meren, which means that there is work to be done to reach participants, take care of PR, make a schedule, invite guest speakers, etc. Once the café is up and running, it is a matter of overview keep, plan and continue to work on brand awareness.
Of course you don't have to do this alone, there is a team café working group that works with you and of course you can expect support from the Alzheimer Gooi & Omstreken Foundation and the other partners such as Versa Welzijn.
