Alliance Française Apeldoorn is an organization that promotes the French language and culture in Apeldoorn by means of: courses, lectures and a French café. We are looking for a treasurer with an affinity for the French language and culture. See also www.alliance-francaise.nl/apeldoorn

Who are we?

Alliance Française Apeldoorn promotes the French language and culture in Apeldoorn and the surrounding area. The board consists of five people. In addition, we have a webmaster and some teachers who give the courses.

Activities

Keeping track of our financial records; This consists of collecting the contributions through Ideal, the payments to teachers and those who give the lectures, the payments for the rent of the locations, thinking along with the board and occasionally helping with the PR.

We ask

A person who

is aware of keeping financial data and is willing to contribute ideas on how we can shape the Alliance Française.

A pleasant environment with enthusiastic, helpful board members and membership of the Alliance Française
In the beginning, the outgoing treasurer will provide support.

Time use

Regularly an hour for processing the administration (it takes more time around registrations), attending board meetings (about 5 to 6 times a year) and hand and span services a few times a year
