Looking for calming company
It is usually too busy for Hans in the living room. Due to an accident, he can't handle many stimuli and that's why he's often alone in his room. We see that he really enjoys it when we walk in with him and take the time for a chat. Due to the pressure on the group and all other obligations, there is hardly time for this. In order to give Hans more attention, we are looking for a buddy who, for example, comes by for an hour a week for a chat, a game or a walk to the petting zoo in our neighborhood. Hans loves animals, music, cars and sports programs
We are looking for someone who can listen well and can empathize with Hans. You can respond to him calmly and patiently and if Hans gets angry, you can help him put the situation into perspective. You dare to clearly indicate your limits and if he does not oversee a situation, you can reassure him. It would be nice if you came by at a fixed time during the week to keep Hans company or to do an activity with him.
