The International 4 Days Apeldoorn is looking for enthusiastic volunteers who want to help as event traffic controller within our team.
The goal is to allow the participants to enjoy nature in a safe way for 4 days, where they can also visit places where they are normally not allowed to go.
We offer you a pleasant environment with an enthusiastic team of volunteers.
To be allowed to help as an event traffic controller, you must obtain an instruction statement by means of a small test, this statement is issued by the police.
You can obtain this statement from us at the Netherlands Traffic Control Examination Foundation.
If you have the statement, you can be appointed in the municipality where the event takes place.
This instruction statement is valid for one year and you can also use this statement at other events.
Activities:
During the event you help the participants cross safely on busy roads and at level crossings. You also help the participants to refer to parking places and motorists, with closed roads in the neighborhood near Victoria Boys, to alternative routes. Safety vests are provided.
We offer:
A daily allowance of € 15 per day. A meeting will be held prior to the four-day event.
After the four days a nice thank-you-volunteer evening.
