Summer Carnival Foundation The Netherlands strives to make the world around us more understanding and tolerant through its current (and future) events, guidance of initiatives; and entering into partnerships.

Our goal is to introduce everyone to other cultures and traditions, because without getting acquainted with their way of life, no progress can be achieved. We show how cultural influence and interaction are constant sources of innovation and we visualize this with appealing examples of artistic exchange. In addition, Summer Carnival presents powerful art traditions and the rich heritage of the many cultural communities in the Netherlands.
