About zaalsportapeldoorn

Zaalsportapeldoorn is an association that organizes sports at three different places in Apeldoorn. Zumba is practiced in Ugchelen. In Zevenhuizen we provide grooming, fitness training and volleyball. We do this because sports/exercise are healthy. We exercise in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The emphasis is on exercise and the responsible use of all kinds of muscles that are easy to forget when you do your normal daily things. The contribution we pay is low. If we can pay for the hall rental and trainers then we are satisfied. Just come join us sometime. This can be done twice without obligation. You can then experience what it is like to play sports at our club. And you will find that exercise is good for you. Who knows, we may see you appear in one of the three halls.
