The organization:

Young & Fair believes that by sharing knowledge about fair consumption, we enable young people to consume more consciously. We do this through various events, social media and our website, where a positive approach is paramount. This mission is carried out and carried out by an enthusiastic group of volunteers consisting of students and young professionals.

The team:

The communication team is engaged in promoting Young & Fair. The team supports the various teams that are involved in organizing events and activities. As a team member of the communication team, you get to know the entire organization and you are involved in almost all activities of our organization. Within the team, your own contribution is highly appreciated and you are certainly not limited to your own expertise. Together we are working on putting Young & Fair!

The function:

As a coordinator you are the pivot of all communication from Young & Fair. Everything goes alongside you, you keep an eye on the communication according to the communication plan and hereby directs the other communication team members. You are the contact person for the board. As co-ordinator, you are in charge of the monthly consultation and gather information about the activities of the other Young & teams. Fair and assist you in the design and manufacture of the necessary communication messages. In addition, you also like to contribute ideas for relevant and interesting content. You also work closely with the recruiter / volunteer coordinator with regard to internal communication.

What you are going to do:

• Managing the communication team
• Helping to implement a new house style
• Further shaping and supplementing a new communication plan (in collaboration with the board and team)
• Testing all communication statements to the standards and identity of Young & Fair
• Thinking about content to be placed

Time: The function takes about six to eight hours a week. In addition, there is a meeting once a month.
