Detailed description
Last time we saw a lot of other waste during our cigarette tour. September 8 we will finally clean up all those other things. And of course the month of September is all about the "World cleanup day" that is coming, so this is a nice warm-up. We assume beautiful weather and would like to combine the useful with the pleasant one more time. Nice on the beach!
On our last Cigarette butt cleanup, we saw a lot or other trash as well. September 8, we will attend that during a nice beach cleanup on Zandvoort. You are warmly invited to join!

Two years ago, I, Rosa Leijdekkers, started asking people to go on a trashdate with me, because I thought it would be easier to do something about the pollution problem if it was fun and done together. After this, I organised events on a regular base, to bring people together, have fun, and clean up the area. Right now we have launched a website for people who would like to do something, make an impact, and meet like minded people. With this, we aim to create a ripple effect, because when many people unite to make a stand to solve a problem, they will. We now are an organisation with 5 volunteers and would like to build a much larger community to spread our message and bring people together to end the plastic pollution.
