Stichting Boekensteun Heerlen is immediately looking for a treasurer to complete the board.
The duties of the treasurer will include:
Managing and controlling the income and expenses of the foundation;
managing the cash; managing the bank account;
take care of financial reporting through an accounting program;
be accountable for finances to other board members;
attend board meetings;
arranging travel allowance for volunteers;
liaising with the trust office (takes care of the VAT returns and the annual accounts).
