Yvonne is a 47-year-old woman with a mild intellectual disability. She still lives at home with her mother and would like to do fun things with a buddy.
Who is Yvonne?
Yvonne is a 45 year old woman with a mild intellectual disability. She lives at home with her mother in Hoenderloo and receives outpatient guidance from 's Heeren Loo. During the day she works at our Brasserie and catering. She's really enjoying herself here. She learns new skills every day. She works at her own pace and can sometimes fall. She can communicate well and has a high degree of self-reliance.
Yvonne wants a buddy with whom she can do fun things. For example, going to a concert, shopping, going out for a nice trip or going with her when she has to go to the hospital. She prefers a woman of her own age. Someone who, just like her, is sociable, helpful and patient.
