Who is Alida
Alida is a 70-year-old woman with a mild intellectual disability. She lives in a residential group within the grounds of 's Heeren Loo. Alida is a friendly lady who laughs a lot. She is interested in many things and loves jokes. Alida is incredibly creative and loves to do crafts. Alida is deaf on one side but you can communicate well with her. Alida walks indoors and outdoors with a walker and for longer distances she uses a wheelchair. Alida is sincere and grateful and visibly enjoys attention and company.
You can really make a difference for her and you will receive a lot of appreciation in return.
What does Alida ask?
Alida is looking for someone who is friendly, patient and social, who is open to her and takes the time for her. She would really like to do crafts together, take a walk or cycle together on the tandem bike. Alida also really likes to have a coffee or eat something somewhere. It is mainly about the coziness, the attention and having a familiar moment. As for the frequency, once every 1 or 2 weeks would be ideal.
The days and times when Alida can be:
Monday: 1:00 PM - 3:30 PM
Wednesday: 9:30 am - 1:00 pm
Thursday: 9:30 am - 3:30 pm
Friday: 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM
