Unopened bank statements and / or accounts that should have been paid for a long time. Important papers that are looking. A shoebox with papers of which you no longer know whether you can throw them away or keep them. Sometimes the grip on the paper shop is lost. And that is where you indent as a volunteer. Together with the (older) local residents in Oud-Zuid or the Rivierenbuurt, you bring order again and of course you ensure that it stays that way. Small effort, but it makes a world of difference!
