About OV-ambassadeurs
Public transport ambassadors provide information about public transport to anyone for whom travelling by public transport is not self-evident. During consultation hours, information meetings, courses and trial trips, public transport ambassadors answer questions about, for example, OVpay, planning a trip, travelling with a discount, ticket machines at the station and checking in and out with various transport companies. The public transport ambassadors are ready with explanations, advice and personal guidance. In this way, together we make public transport accessible to everyone.
