[2025] SHAPE Academy Bootcamp

We are initiating a new group of high-performing students for Hap Seng x MAD Movement's signature SHAPE Academy programme. The program will begin with a 2D1N boot camp with 60 students - 30 from Tawau & 30 from Semporna.

We need facilitators who have been part of the SHAPE Academy program before to lead by example and inspire these new batch of students to grow and be leaders in their own capacity.

The 2D1N boot camp will require facilitators to also stay the night as the programme will last until the night. Tentatively:

12 April: Day 1 - 8AM - 10:30PM (Faci call time: 7AM)

13 April: Day 2 - 8AM - 5:00PM (Faci call time: 7AM)

Facilitators expectation:

1. 18+ years old
2. Able to commit for both days
3. Engaging and high-energy
4. You will be assigned with a group students throughout the camp
5. You are to actively engage with the campers, guide and journey with them
6. (Preferably) Graduated SHAPE Academy Participants

Provided for facilitators:

1. Food and accommodation for 2 days and 1 night
2. Allowances for 2 days - RM140
3. 1 facilitator camp T-shirt
