Are you a computer enthusiast? Handy with tablet, laptop and smartphone? Let our participants of the Vier Het Leven Foundation experience the ease and fun of the digital world of Vier het Leven, become a helpdesk volunteer!
As a helpdesk volunteer you help our participants to log in to Vier het Leven, so that they can make their reservations online and/or visit the digital meeting square. For some elderly people, the digital world is already quite self-evident. Others have more difficulty with it and will sometimes need help with online reservations, logging in or have a question about participating in an online activity. For these questions, our participants can contact our helpdesk. As a helpdesk volunteer you help them further, by telephone or by e-mail.
