As soon as a refugee receives an asylum permit, the COA will link the status holder to the municipality. The municipality is looking for housing for the status holder. The care then proceeds as it is arranged for each other residents of the Netherlands. Status holders in the Netherlands are not accompanied within medical healthcare.
