The Red Cross would not be anywhere without the help of volunteers. That is why we are looking for a board member portfolio Volunteer Management & for district Brabant Zuidoost Education who on a voluntary basis wants to free 4 - 6 hours per week on average to make it possible to help people in need or in a vulnerable situation.

Je stimulates renewal of the volunteer policy and volunteer population within a district with 1100 volunteers. The challenge to deploy volunteers in a more flexible and contemporary way is something you like to take on. For more young people and diversity you make a hard time. In this you play a connecting and facilitating role towards the departments within the district. Your responsibilities also include monitoring and testing the contents and progress of the work plans in the field of Volunteer Management & Educations. You work intensively with the Volunteer Manager, Chairman of the youth team and departmental board members.
