About educate.

educate. is a grassroots non-profit organisation that works to empower children and young people in Honduras through supporting community-driven projects focused on education. We run a university scholarship programme in partnership with local public high schools to provide opportunities for excellent students from low-income backgrounds to continue their education to the tertiary level. In addition, we support community-driven projects focused on education, primarily starting school-based community libraries. In Amsterdam, our board of directors and team of volunteers work to raise funds, build community and raise awareness for our cause.
