Talking helps! At @ease we believe that things can be done differently. And that things have to be different. We want to help young people with (incipient) psychological complaints earlier. We do this by being a place where you feel welcome. We believe that no one should be alone when things go less well. We are here to listen to you. Talking helps. It is a relieve. It makes you stronger. You notice that you are not alone. And it can keep your problems from getting worse. 75% of all mental disorders arise before the age of 25. It is therefore important to get help on time. To prevent problems from worsening. And to prevent the need for long-term care (later).
