During this interactive, inspiring evening you will gain insight into your personal management style and learn to use it more effectively.
As a director of an association or foundation, you have a lot to deal with. In addition to the practical matters of everyday life, you also want to make and keep your organization future-proof. In the training 'Powerful Management' you will learn the tricks of the trade of strengthening your board and foundation or association. You will learn how you yourself are at the basis of supported change and the further development of your board.
During this interactive, inspiring evening you will gain insight into your personal management style and learn to use it more effectively. Attention is paid to personal leadership, change strategies, undercurrents, communication and group dynamics. Various instruments and tools are discussed and practiced that you use to realize improvement. In a safe and pleasant learning environment, practical examples are discussed with each other.
About the trainer
The training is given by Frank Hoes, expert in the field of managing associations and foundations. He has been giving training, workshops and advice to directors and boards for 20 years in the field of organizational strength, strategy and policy, financial management, management style and organizational development.
