Personal development
Under the guidance of a learning coach, you will develop important skills that you can use to help your club move forward and manage it with more pleasure. We will discuss the themes: personal leadership, connecting, strategic management and social entrepreneurship.
In addition, you determine what you want to learn. This process does not stop after you have completed the Besturen met Impact training. We encourage you to continue to develop yourself in your own way. And when you can also make a positive contribution to the learning process of a fellow student, the training is a complete success.
Practical information
The training starts on Monday, November 18. The next three evenings are scheduled for December 9, January 13, 2025, and February 10, 2025. All meetings will take place physically. In total, the training consists of four evenings, with each evening lasting from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the latest. The training is structured along the following themes: personal leadership, connecting, strategic management and social entrepreneurship. The total time investment including the meetings is around 40 hours. The locations depend on the participants and will be announced later. The training is offered to you free of charge by the municipalities and the Sports Agreement (NOC*NSF). When you register, we expect you to be present all evenings.

Will we see you or (together with) another board member appear at the new edition of Besturen met impact? You can register here via the registration portal of the KNVB. When registering, we ask for, among other things, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number, name and function association. Make sure that this information is entered correctly.
