SKGZ is the independent dispute resolution body for problems between insured persons and health insurers in the Netherlands. SKGZ performs four functions: providing information, mediating, settling and signalling & advising. SKGZ trains volunteers (and other social service providers) free of charge who support residents with financial health insurance problems. Or residents who have lost their health insurance due to circumstances. Such as volunteers in home administration or form brigades. Volunteers can therefore help residents even better. For example, in preventing a registration in the BAZ scheme at the CAK (payment of administrative premium).
