De Zonnebloem is committed to people with physical limitations due to illness, age or disability. People for whom personal contact and participation in social life cannot be taken for granted. \n \nActivities \n \nVisiting participants at home or doing something with them in the area. For small and large groups of people we organize various day activities, day trips by car and bus, holidays and boat day trips.
