Branch work with impact: Come help!

It is our dream that it can really be different: not only taking, but also giving to nature. And sometimes that is literally, branch work. During these nature-job-days we will prune bushes and trees and then make branch grooves, giant insect hotels and walking paths from them. A day where we hopefully laugh a lot, roll up our sleeves together and of course let ourselves be wonderfully taken care of by our chef with a home-grown lunch.

Do you feel like getting some fresh air and being active together in nature? Then put on a pair of sturdy shoes and come help us at Landgoed Roggebotstaete. An estate where well-being comes first and where all income goes to the regeneration of the oh so important biodiversity. Because those branch grooves are shelters for small birds and insects. And those wood chips feed the soil, the soil life and therefore us. In this way we keep the cycle closed and we create a resilient ecosystem. With your help!

Whether you come both days or just for an hour, all help is welcome. We provide safe work gloves and tasty snacks, but you can bring your own good mood. Friday 31 January and Saturday 1 February you can walk in from 10:00, so that we can start at 10:30. We will be finished at 15:00 at the latest. If you come both days and have a camper van or tent, you are more than welcome to stay overnight.

Do you prefer to stand behind the pans than between the bushes? Then you are more than welcome to help with serving coffee, tea and/or lunch that weekend. Don't hesitate to email us, we'd love to see you!
