Help a family set up a Family Group plan!

According to the new Youth Act (2015), all families must be given the opportunity to draw up a Family Group Plan. In The Hague we work with the similar Own Future Plan. For this project, XTRA Plus is looking for volunteers who want to make a plan together with a family to organize help from their own environment. With such a plan, the family can continue to take care of the management of clear problems.

Your activities / tasks

• Discuss with the family which situation they want to improve

• Support the family in finding solutions and people in their environment who can help with this

• Helping the family to define the improvement plans in the Own Future Plan

Profile

• You have confidence in the power of families

• You like to support families in their search for their own possibilities and solutions

• You stand firmly in your shoes, are solution-oriented and at least 21 years old

• You have an accompanying, coaching way of working

• You are available on average 8 hours per month

We offer

• Training, guidance and intervision to do the job well
