The Work Heart Make Art Foundation (WHMA) believes that all young people should be given the opportunity to gain new skills, knowledge and experience in the art and culture sector. We do this on the basis of innovative, creative projects in which young people are inspired and stimulated to use their talents and qualities. Jungle in the Sky (JITS) is a corona-proof festival in Hoorn that will be organized from WHMA in the summer of 2021.
As an online marketing & communication employee you are our hero online (website and social media). Our goal is to make the foundation and the accompanying festival JITS visible. This position is a great and unique opportunity to gain experience for later and to learn from professionals! A marketing agency helps us with online marketing, and we need you to help, come up with ideas and learn from professionals. It helps if you are creative and have all kinds of ideas to make the foundation / JITS visible on social media. You enjoy creating content. It also helps if you easily write messages that are attractive to our audience: everything to make people enthusiastic! It is extra nice if you have experience with photography / video / design to make the content look extra cool, but this is not necessary. Together we will see what you like to do, there is plenty of room for that!
In addition, we have a preference for someone between 14-27 years and you can be linked to a development process (MDT) so that you receive an official certificate for participation. The MDT trajectory is special, because it is especially for young people and you are helped to discover your talent and strength. You learn and you gain experience for your CV. With the foundation and JITS we are a team that is driven to organize something cool, with which we can give something back to society. In addition, we are a small and friendly team where there is always room for extra help.
