The Work Heart Make Art Foundation (WHMA) believes that all young people should be given the opportunity to gain new skills, knowledge and experience in the art and culture sector. We do this on the basis of innovative, creative projects in which young people are inspired and stimulated to use their talents and qualities. Jungle in the Sky (JITS) is a corona-proof festival in Hoorn that will be organized from WHMA in the summer of 2021.

Structure and administration are crucial to keep a good overview. This also applies to our foundation and our accompanying festival JITS. That is why we are looking for a passionate person who wants to help us keep administration and documentation in order. Contracts, invoices, but also, for example, a smart place to store documentation. Do you also like structure, are you accurate and are you good at keeping an overview? You are probably the person we are looking for! This is a great position, because you will be very valuable in the team and at the same time there is enough room to express your ideas.

In addition, we have a preference for someone between 14-27 years and you can be linked to a development process (MDT) so that you receive an official certificate for participation. The MDT trajectory is special, because it is especially for young people and you are helped to discover your talent and strength. You learn and gain experience for your CV. With the foundation and JITS we are a team that is driven to organize something cool, with which we can give something back to society.
