Summary
We are looking for an energetic and multi tasking Management Assistant intern to work directly with the Chairperson and the President of the charity.
Detailed description
What you’ll do
- Help managing daily/weekly/monthly agenda
- Schedules meetings, gather and prepare materials and information requirements
- Make/Receive telephone calls
- Take instructions and respond to E-mails
- E-mail and other communication management
- Take minutes during meetings as required.
- Assist with the preparation of reports/presentations
