Do you enjoy helping others and enjoy being outdoors? We are looking for people who want to do small garden jobs for our subscribers.
People aged 65 or older can become members of Wonen Plus Velsen. Our members can call on us to carry out small jobs in and around the house, with the aim of being able to continue living independently for as long as possible in a pleasant way. We would like to expand our team of volunteers with a gardener.
What are we looking for?
Independently carrying out small garden jobs (max. 2 hours), such as hoeing, removing weeds and pruning for people over 65 and people with disabilities.
- The employee of the Wonenplus hotline will provide you with the details of a new job;
- You make an appointment with the customer to carry out the job;
- The job may take a maximum of 2 hours;
- Afterwards, the customer will pay you immediately (you will receive a small compensation per hour worked plus call-out costs).
In addition to carrying out the gardening work, the social aspect plays an important role. Most customers enjoy having a chat or having a cup of coffee together.
