By following resilience training you learn to look at yourself, become stronger and react more resiliently to the situation of every day.

What does 'stand up for yourself' mean?
Trainees are given instruments that enable them to act better with cross-border behavior. A resilience training can also make a positive contribution to the processing of experiences of violence.
