Someone has reported an incident or you receive a signal. What are you going to do? And how do you enter into a conversation?
This meeting is intended for board members, coordinators or confidential contact persons within an organisation.
As an organization you have the preventive side in order. For example, the organization has a confidential contact person, an integrity policy, rules of conduct or a recruitment policy for volunteers. This is all important, especially if communication within the club is also good and regular.
At some point something happens, an incident. This meeting is about this on the basis of a number of cases. Everyone gets the opportunity to practice with a training actor(s). A case will be about what to do in case of (a suspicion of) sexually transgressive behaviour.
